With the Summer now upon us, we see a transition to lighter shades of hair color; blonde with trends like ombre and balayage capture our guests’ attention.

As part of their Rare Bloom collection, Aveda has their new Aveda Enlightener Blonde Finish Protective Toners. They are designed to help each guest achieve their perfect customized shade of blonde lasting up to four weeks. The toner is 96% naturally derived and contains Aveda’s signature blend of protecting oils: certified organic sunflower oil, castor, and jojoba oil.
How is Aveda able to achieve perfect blonde results for every guest?
After achieving the desired lift result using Aveda Enlightener, the hair is then shampooed, towel-dried, and treated with Aveda’s Damage Remedy Equalizing Solution in order to rebuild, strengthen, and prepare the hair for even saturation of the toner. Then one of three “pre-blended” shades of toner are massaged through the hair and left to process for five minutes. Having an exact process time allows the Aveda Enlightener Blonde Finish Protective Toners to create the perfect shade of blonde every time.
The three pre-blended Aveda Enlightener Blonde Finish Protective Toner shades are:

- Beige—Violet/yellow-based
- Gold—Yellow/orange-based
